Hi, I'm Derial Watson Jr., a Marine Corps Veteran, Registered Nurse, and NASM-certified trainer with a true passion for fitness and helping others achieve their best selves.
In my career, I achieved the rank of Sergeant in the Marines, where I assisted in the physical training of my fellow Marines, instilling discipline and strength. Transitioning to civilian life, I became a Registered Nurse and specialized in Emergency Nursing, obtaining my BSN and providing critical care with empathy and precision.
As a personal trainer, I've helped individuals improve their form, eliminate painful movements, and optimize their lifts for maximum gains. My approach is built on the philosophy that "Form is Function and Function is Fitness." This means that understanding and applying proper body mechanics is key to both everyday movements and gym workouts.
I am detail-oriented and focused, with a deep love for fitness. My goal is to teach, spread, and share my knowledge to help you achieve your fitness goals safely and effectively. Empathy guides my approach, but I'm tough when needed to push you beyond your limits.
